Understanding Fatigue and Burnout
In this talk, I discuss the difference between fatigue and burnout. Most leaders mistakenly refer to these two mentioned phenomena as the same thing, while the two are not the same. The only thing in common about these two is their outcome (low productivity, absenteeism, and high employee turnover).
