About me
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honors in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, cumlaude, from the University of South Africa.
I am fascinated by the future of business and human performance. I make it my business to understand why other organizations do better than their competitors, given that they both operate in the same market, comply with the same laws, and have the same talent pool. After years of research and personal experience as I have spent years in the corporate world, I realized that the secret to thriving organizations is in good leadership and technology embracement.
I choose to specifically speak and facilitate training on leadership, employee performance, and customer service because my understanding and mantra about business is that:
